Golden Visa

Golden Visa Portugal, officially called ARI (Residence Permit for Investment Activity), is today the most successful residency program in Europe.
With a single qualified investment, the benefits are valid for the whole family, spouses, children under 18, dependent children under 26 years of age, as long as they are single and enrolled as full-time students and the parents of any of the spouses who are over 66 years of age (or 55 and dependent).
The program has the advantage of not requiring the investor and his family to have the obligation to live permanently in Portugal, having to spend only 7 days in Portugal in the 1st year and 14 days in the following two years, either continuously or in different periods.
For those who wanted to live in Portugal, they can opt for the non-habitual resident tax regime and benefit from a reduced tax or even not pay tax for 10 years.
The Golden Visa Program is simple and agile and can be requested by any citizen who is not part of the European Union.
